Any issues reported to managing director

Should any duties being performed by our staff affect their health in any way then such matters are reported to our managing director immediately.

We accept our responsibility for the health and safety of others who may be affected by our activities as far as is practical.

We ensure the following practice and methods are adopted:

  • Responsibilities and rules understood by employees
  • Fire procedures identified at customer premises
  • Safe procedures adopted
  • First aid equipment available for employees
  • Accidents recorded
  • Risk assessments conducted
  • Appropriate safety training provided
  • Appropriate method statements identified
  • A1 Cleaning Services general policy implemented

Use of materials and equipment

We shall ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, to use materials and equipment that have a positive environmental impact.

Any waste produced shall be managed effectively and disposed of in a responsible fashion.
